Lessons Learned From Wagah Tragedy

The attack reminds last Muharram’s massacre at Raja Bazar, Rawalpindi in an attack on almost century old Masjid cum Madrassa, in which over 200 Sunnis were killed. Interestingly, the Wagah attack occurred, only 500 meters away from the gates where every morning and evening smartly turned out personnel of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) and Pakistani Rangers (PR) perform flag hoisting and lowering ceremonies. Android paid apps coming to Pakistan

Reflections On a seashore

From the Blog sohaibalvi I visited the beach with my family the other day and suddenly was reminded of a poem I had written when I was maybe 16, and at a time when I was much impressed by the style of the 19th century poets as I would read from The Golden Treasury. So if you’ll keep in mind the age and the style of poetry even then in vogue, you can perhaps overlook an element of childishness in the form of this one and others I penned.
