The hidden force in global economics: sending money home
From the Blog faisalkhan In 2013, international migrants sent $413 billion home to families and friends — three times more than the total of global foreign aid (about $135 billion). Economist Dilip Ratha describes the promise of these “dollars wrapped with love” and analyzes how they are stifled by practical and regulatory obstacles. Zimbabwe off-spinner Malcolm Waller reported for bowling action
From the Blog enZimbabwe off-spinner Malcolm Waller has been reported with a suspected illegal bowling action during his side’s defeat in the 2nd Test against Bangladesh in Khulna. The match officials’ claim, which was passed on over to the Zimbabwe team management Mufaro Chiturumani after the Test completed on Friday, stated concerns regarding the legality of the 30-year-old’s bowling action. Waller’s bowling action is going to now be scrutinised in depth under the ICC practice in the case of suspected illegal bowling actions reported in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He is expected to undergo testing within twenty-one days, and, during this timeframe, Waller is allowed to continue bowling in international cricket until the results of the assessment are known.pakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full Post
