Why Lack of Talent in Pakistan Cricket Team?

We don’t stand chance to win any major tournament or crunch pressure match with the old and repeatedly failed players like Umar Gul, Misbah, Shoaib Malik and so on. Time and again, tournament after tournament, we keep bringing and switching these players back. Anyone of these perform a little in one light match and voila we forget the past. Look at India and look at Australia. Their teams are saturating with talent. There is lot of bench strength there and they are in problem to decide to whom to play. In contrast, we here have no choice at all. We are stuck with the old goats. Lots of politics, lack of vision in the Pakistan Cricket Board, external influences have really marred out team.
