Thank God no one was hurt although the mob which set the factory on fire appeared to have obnoxious plan to burn alive those Ahmadi Muslims who were residing in the premises of factory along with their families. Army was called in the city to control the situation. Next day a similar mob goes to an Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque in the area and attempts to burn it too. The mob then washes the mosque to “purify it” and thus claims they have converted it from an “Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque” to a “Muslim mosque”. From the Blog theajmals بابا عالم سیاہ پوش نے کہا تھا حُسن جوانی دُنیا فانی ۔ ہر شے آنی جانی ۔ رہے مَولا نام (مکمل اس تحریر کے آخر میں ملاحظہ فرمایئے) اسی موضوع پر میں میاں محمد بخش کے شعر جو 3 اکتوبر 2015ء کو بھی لکھ چکا ہوں دوبارہ نقل کر رہا ہوں ۔ وجہ یہ ہے کہ یہ شعر میں نے ایک اہم موقع پر پہلی بار سُنے تھے اور مُجھے لکھنے والے کی کھوج ہوئی تھی ۔ 19 اپریل 1974ء کو سابق آرمی چیف اور صدر محمد ایوب خان نے وفات پائی ۔ اُس وقت کی حکومت (ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی) نے ایوب خان کا جنازہ اسلام آباد میں اُن کی رہائشگاہ سے وقت مقررہ سے ایک گھنٹہ قبل زبردستی اُٹھوا دیا اور ٹرک پر رکھ کر لیجانے لگے جبکہ فیصلہ کندھوں پر لیجانے کا ہوا تھا ۔ جب ٹرک چلا تو سوگوار لوگ سڑک پر ٹرک کے آگے لیٹ گئے ۔ پولیس نے اُنہیں زبردستی اُٹھانا شروع کر دیا ۔ اس بھگدڑ میں ایک سُریلی آواز اُبھری ۔ ایک سپاہی جو لاٹھیاں برسا رہا تھا ایکدم پیچھےpakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full PostComments

The European Union, UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, called for reimposition of the moratorium on executions. Locally, the HRCP criticised the measure, arguing (without any study/survey) that execution of convicts has no nexus with the crime rate in the country. Pakistan PPP GDP Nears Trillion Dollar Mark in 2015

He boiled the berries to make the first coffee. Certainly the first record of the drink is of beans exported from Ethiopia to Yemen where Sufis drank it to stay awake all night to pray on special occasions. From the Blog awaz-e-dostہاں 132 بچے تھے اور 16 دسمبر کا دن تھا۔ پچھلے برس بھی جب یہ خبر میرے سامنے آئی تھی تو میں کلاس پڑھا رہا تھا۔ پھر جیسے جیسے شام ہوتی گئی قطرہ قطرہ کر کے غم برداشت سے باہر ہوتا گیا اور میری آنکھیں برس پڑی تھیں۔ یہ تحریر انہیں لمحات میں لکھی گئی تھی۔ آج ایک دن کم ایک برس بعد میرے اندر لگے الارم کلاک نے پھر وہی کیفیت تازہ کر دی ہے۔ آج میں اپنے وطن سے ہزاروں میل دور ایک سرد اور اجنبی سرزمین پر تنہا بیٹھا اسی غم میں ڈوبا ہوا ہوں۔ 132 بچے اور ان میں ایک ننھی سی بچی بھی تھی۔ میرا کوئی بچہ نہیں ہے، اس لیے شاید مجھے احساس نہیں ہے کہ بیٹے اور بیٹیاں کھو دینے کا دکھ کیا ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن میں اس غم کا ایک اربواں حصہ شاید محسوس کر سکتا ہوں جو ان بچوں کے ماں باپ پچھلے ایک برس سے جھیل رہے ہیں۔ جوان اولاد کھونے کا دکھ تو میرے ماں باپ بھی سہہ چکے ہیں اس لیے شاید میں اس اذیت کا عینی شاہد ہوں جو تاعمر مpakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full PostComments
