Government to Provide Free Legal Assistance to Poor People
From the Blog propakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan is going to realize another electoral promise by providing free legal assistance to the poor and needy people. The Prime Minister chaired a meeting regarding the proposed legal reforms aimed at providing quick, inexpensive and speedy justice to the people. He was briefed about the reforms the government is planning to bring in in the legal system. During the briefing, the law ministry informed the PM it has prepared a bill in this regard, which would allow the government to provide free legal services to underprivileged people in criminal cases. The government has drafted "Legal Aid and Justice Authority" bill, which would help the people facing fake and baseless cases. From the Blog seems77[image: Image result for ‫لقد کان Ù„Ú©Ù… Ù ÛŒ رسول‬‎] ہماری تباہی اور اسوہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ڈاکٹر محمد عقیل آخر کیا وجہ ہے کہ رسول کریم کا اسوہ مبارک ہم سب کے لیے نمونہ ہے لیکن مسلمان اس کوسوں دور معلوم ہوتے ہیں؟ آئیے جذبات سے بالاتر ہوکر اس کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں۔ سب سے بڑی وجہ تو ظاہر پرستی ہے۔ ہمیں بتایا گیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرح بننا ہے تو اپنا ظاہر ان کے مطابق کرنا ہوگا۔ داڑھی کم از کم ایک مشت ہونی چاہیے، ٹخنوں سے اوپر پائنچے ہونے چاہئیں، سر پر ٹوپی یا عمامہ وغیرہ۔ حالانکہ نبی کریم کے جس اسوہ کو مشعل راہ بنایا گیا وہ آپ کا ظاہری حلیہ نہیں بلکہ باطنی کیفیت تھی۔ وہ ایمان جو بندے کو خدا کے قریب کرتا، وہ تعلق باللہ جو اس کی شخصیت کا تزکیہ کرتا، وہ رب سے محبت جو اس کی انا کو جھکا دیتی، وہ اطاعت خداوندی جو اس کے گفتار کو درست کرتی اور اس کے کرادpakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full Post
