LHWs in Awkward Position Over Health Dept's Irrational Order

From the Blog propakistani The health department of Multan's strange and irrational order has put the lady health workers (LHWs) and lady health visitors (LHVs) of the district in an awkward position. The department issued cellular SIM cards to each health worker but did not bother to provide credit to use these numbers. And now the department wants every health worker to be connected to the internet using these numbers. The department has neither provided the health workers credit nor cell phones to use the SIM. Notwithstanding all this, the department has now issued show cause notices to several LHWs and LHVs for not using the SIMs. The health workers, who are being paid meagre salary, says they are in a weak financial position to afford this 'facility' if the department did not support them.
