Spinach Tortillas – Bidding Farewell to Ramazan
From the Blog cheflingtales After a long tiring day with my toddlers, if something helps me relax is watching food reality shows or inspiring cooking videos on social media. In a very short period of time, social media has completely changed the pace of creative learning and sharing of ideas. My quest for making something new in Ramzan tempted me to try making tortillas at home. I had seen this video on Facebook on making colorful tortillas which left me in awe. Just the look of them was so amazing. One of my sweet friend R rightly said that we Pakistanis have the most diversified taste buds. We adapt to all cuisines and flavors very easily. Tortillas are flatbreads very similar to *roti* or *chapati* we make every day.
