Arif Habib Corp. Invests Rs. 67 Million in Orix Leasing

According to the stock filing, Arif Habib acquired 1.5 million voting shares in Orix Leasing Pakistan at the share price of Rs. 45.02 per share. With this new transaction, the combined shareholding of Arif Habib Ltd. and Arif Habib Corporation now stands at 10.36 percent with 14.42 million shares from previous shareholding of 6.32 percent with the 5.18 million shares.
