Art Journal: Hello Dylusions!
From the Blog the-emo-wolverine-writesSo I set up another twitter poll (I love polls and I figured other peoples loved polls too) asking about what kind of blog post you would like to read next. The options were (1) med school shenanigans (2) art journal ramblings (3) reviews of books or movies. Surprisingly, med school shenanigans and art journal ramblings tied together with reviews coming close behind. Anyway, I decided to write about my art journal ramblings and was wondering what I could write when I remembered that I asked my father to get me an art journal from his trip to the United States! Of course, I had thought about the whole process very carefully, having browsed through a couple of online stationary stores, mostly Staples, Walmart and Michaels. I initially found this very journal on Staples, where thpakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full Post
Recent Reads // Sidney Sheldon Masterpieces
From the Blog noorsplaceIN SUMMERS WE READ SHELDON MASTERPIECES!!! **hoping you would read it in Mean Girl's Karen Smith's voice** Long ago on a summer afternoon, I borrowed an old copy of If Tomorrow Comes written by Sidney Sheldon off my aunt's bookshelf. It was a dusty vintage book with a missing the front cover. I couldn't judge it (you see, *no cover*) so I started reading it anyways. It marked the start of my love for Sidney Sheldon's masterpieces aka books. I re-read it every summer now. If Tomorrow Comes is one of those books whose words crawl under my skin. And I wouldn't wonder if my skin ever tears open and what spills out with blood are the words from this book; we have a connection. I have this copy to myself now. Copy that started it all. I would have come across Sidney Sheldon anyways aspakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full Post
