I have a reason to believe, according to sources, that PM Nawaz did his best to the last moment to convince Nawab Sanaullah Zehri to let CM Abdul Malik continue as CM Balouchistan, but Zehri didn't budge and threatened to quit. Here came the realpolitik now. In Balochistan province, unluckily there are no parties but tribes and their feudal heads. PMLN won the seats in Balochistan in 2013 general elections just because Nawab Zehri managed to get many other feudal on board and his group was most powerful. If he quits PMLN, PMLN would be wiped out of that province. Nawaz Sharif took that risk right after 2013 and made a nationalist CM.
