آسٹریلیا یا نیوزی لینڈ، کس کا پلڑا بھاری؟

From the Blog cricnamaعالمی کپ 2015ء اپنے حتمی مرحلے میں پہنچ گیا ہے جہاں میزبان آسٹریلیا اور نیوزی لینڈ ملبورن کے تاریخی میدان پر فائنل میں مدمقابل ہوں گے۔ نیوزی لینڈ نے ایک کانٹے دار مقابلے میں جنوبی افریقہ کو شکست دی تھی جبکہ آسٹریلیا دوسرے سیمی فائنل میں بھارت کو 95 رنز کی بڑی شکست دے کر فائنل تک پہنچا ہے۔ یہی بہترین موقع ہے کہ ہم دونوں ٹیموں کے باہمی مقابلوں کا ایک تقابل کریں تاکہ اندازہ لگایا جا سکے کہ فائنل سے قبل کس کا پلڑا بھاری ہے۔ اگر دونوں ٹیموں کے اب تک کھیلے گئے باہمی ایک روزہ مقابلوں پر نگاہ دوڑائیں تو مجموعی طور پر آسٹریلیا کا غلبہ نظر آتا ہے۔ آسٹریلیا اور نیوزی لینڈ کے مابین اب تک 126 ایک روزہ بین الاقوامی مقابلے کھیلے جاچکے ہیں جن میں سے 85 میں آسٹریلیا کو فتح نصیب ہوئی جبکہ نیوزی لینڈ صرف 35 مقابلوں میں ہی کامیابی حاصل کرسکا۔ یوں آسٹریلیا کی فتوحات کی شرح 67 فیصد ہے جو ظاہر کرتا ہے pakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full PostComments

Disable Newrelic per-directory

From the Blog ayaz This will be the tl;dr version of this post because roughly nobody gives two hoots about the story that led to my discovery of this. Note that this example considers the PHP agent for Newrelic. If your desire is to disable Newrelic on a particular directory, you can fulfil it by dropping a .htaccess file inside that particular directory with the following contents: php_value newrelic.enabled false Three caveats: - The name of the module inside the tag is important.
