Insecurities
From the Blog sychhWhen you have lived with the constant fear of your personal space being invaded, your personal belongings mutilated, your precious childhood mementos disfigured and defaced, you harbor a subconscious insecurity. You hold on to your phone a little too tightly, stash your favourite books under your pillow where you know they'll be safe. You take all your little treasures and put them in boxes. You won't be able to see them but at least you'll know they are there. You will try to not channel your emotions into physical form. Attachment to materialistic items is, after all, vile. Things are meant to be broken. They are meant to be taken away. They are meant to be destroyed. You will be scared of displaying your attachment to a new piece of property.
