According to the details released by HEC students studying in public sector higher education institutes (HEIs) across the country and Azad Jammu & Kashmir are eligible. *Eligible Institutes*: All Public Sector Universities. *Eligible Students*: Following is the eligibility criteria for students to get free laptop from HEC under Nawaz Sharif national Laptop Scheme 2014. *Free EVO with PM Laptop Scheme*: Students will also get free PTCL EVO (3.1-Mbps) device with each laptop.
