Pakistan enters the 3G, 4G frame!!
From the Blog sadiasheikh01 *The day of 23rd April 2014 introduced Pakistan to the world of 3G and 4G network connections marking a new era in mobile connectivity and technological advancement for the nation. This was achieved after a day long auction was held by PTA (Pakistan Telecommunications Authority) in Islamabad in which four telecom operators , namely Mobilink, Zong, Ufone and Telenor participated. With this development, Pakistan has jumped aboard the list of countries using 3G and 4G connectivity network. * *What 3G and 4G networking means* The Acronym G stands for generation, as such 3G means 3rd generation of connectivity signifying further advancement to technology as compared to previous 2G.
