Pakistani Investors Look Towards Solar
From the Blog pkhope The equation is simple. Solar is the cleanest and least expensive energy source. Pakistan has plenty of it. Sun shines here in every part every day all the year. The colder countries of Europe and even Arctic region are going solar and investing heavily, but Pakistan despite of having enormous solar potential is lagging way way behind. One would expect solar panel on every roof top in Pakistan, but surprisingly despite of 18 hour load shedding, there is little interest among people and the government. By buying and installing the solar panels, the building owners keep generating savings in their monthly electricity bills, besides attracting cash for any unused power.
