From the Blog khawarkingایک محاورہ ہے باڑ لگائی کھیت کو ، باڑ کھیت کو کھائے راجہ ہو کے چوری کرئے، تو نیائے کو اپائے ریاست کا کام ، اپنے لوگوں کے معاملات کو خوش اسلوبی سے چلانے میں "تعاون" کرنے کا نام ہے ۔ ترقی یافتہ مممالک میں دیکھا ہے کہ حکومت کا کردار ایک بڑے بھائی جیسا ہوتا ہے ، جو کہ چھوٹے بھائیوں کے لہن دین کے اصول مقرر کر کے دیتا ہے۔ لیکن پاکستان میں معاملات کا رنگ ہی دوسرا ہے ۔ یہاں نہ کوئی اصول ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی کام ۔ حکومت اور حکومتی ادارے بد معاشی کا کردار ادا کر کریے ہیں ۔ کوئی بھی ادارہ ، اپنی معاشرتی ذمہ داریوں کا دس فی صد بھی پورا نہیں کر رہا ۔ پاکستان میں ۔ اگر ، کسی خود دار بندے کے منہ پر کوئی طاقت ور تھپڑ ! مار دے !!ْ۔ تو؟ پاکستان میں اس خودار کی بے عزتی کا بدلہ لینے کے لئے کوئی نظام ہی موجود نہیں ہے۔ اس لئے لوگ ، برادریوں ، مسالک ، اور مذہبی فرقوں میں بٹ کر اپنے اپنے گروہ تیار کر رہے ہیpakistanblogs.blogspot.comRead Full Post
