Art 247 (7) of Constitution is Discriminatory!!!
From the Blog pkhope Professional Lawyers Forum Swat support FATA Lawyers Resolution Sub clause 7of article 247 of constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, so for as it is related to FATA is discriminatory, for FATA people have been deprived of the jurisdiction of honourable High Court as well as of Supreme Court of Pakistan. Appropriate amendment in the constitution to this effect is necessary to be carried out in the parliament of Pakistan as per resolution has been passed by the FATA Lawyers Association! Its worth mentioning that due to this hindering sub clause in article 247 no equal rights are available to the people of FATA, which is no doubt discrimination!
