From the Blog pkhope When the tribal and religious elders say that they have actually done a favor to the women by putting a blanket ban on their right to vote, they are perhaps right in their own way. Gents, you have absolutely no idea what a female goes through in order to cast her vote by her own will. It's simply a hellish and devilish process, which is hard to express. If you are so-called lucky enough to live in a household where you are allowed to vote, then days before the election day, the men of your house would order you (yes no request or no convincing) to vote for a certain candidate of certain party. They would say that and assume that done. They would even confirm the number of votes from their family to the home-visiting candidate or their sidekicks.
