Wake Up From the Slumber
From the Blog borderlinegreen Movies are a part of our "entertainment" category of life but sometimes this entertainment provides us with thought provoking realistic lessons. I encountered one such instance while watching a movie called "The Debt" and one conversation is still lingering in my head. It's a story about 3 Israeli Mossad agents who are tasked to capture a Nazi War criminal "Dieter VOGEL", also known as the Surgeon of Birkenau for his medical experiments on Jews during World War II. The conversation below takes place between one of the agents (DAVID) and the German Doctor (VOGEL) while the Doctor is being held hostage by the agents in East Berlin. *DAVID: What does a monster like you know about suffering?
