Bacha Khan
From the Blog sarahinsouthkorea When I was young, history was taught more on the lines of government's likes and dislikes. We heard of Bacha Khan but at school and in our history books there was no mention of it. He was portrayed as someone who was "anti-Pakistan" and wanted a sperate homeland for Pushtons. Over the years,I read about him and have grown to admire him for his contribution. as Malala mentioned aside from others in her speech Badshah Khan also known as Bacha Khan or Khan Ghaffar Khan. That caught my attention — Khan is not the most well-known of figures, but he's one that I admire — and when I watched Malala's speech, I found him in some pretty significant company: I do not even hate the Talib who shot me.
