Indian prisoner Surjeet released after 27 years

The Indian prisoner is being sent to Wahga border crossing amid heavy guard, where he would be handed down to Indian border security force. Surjeet Singh family has arrived on the border to receive him. Surjeet Singh was awarded death sentence under Pakistan Army Act in 1985, after he was arrested in 1982.
