Etisalat Comes Under Indian Security Hammer
From the Blog ProPakistani: Etisalat Comes Under Indian Security Hammer - Etisalat Comes Under Indian Security Hammer is a post from: ProPakistani The Home Ministry of India has raised a red flag over Etisalat DB Telecom's links with Pakistan and Afghanistan, reported Indian Media. CNN-IBN has reportedly accessed Home Ministry documents which raise government's concerns over Etisalat DB Telecom operations in India due to its links with Pakistan and Afghanistan. Ministry has disallowed the company's request for bringing in additional foreign investment. Headquartered in Mumbai India, Etisalat DB is a a joint venture between Etisalat and DB Realty – the company was renamed from Swan Telecom to Etisalat DB in June 2009 when Etisalat of UAE had bought majority stakes in the company. Etisalat DB has been awarded the Unified Services Access License in 15 circles including Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu (including Chennai), Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. Etisalat has its presence in Pakistan through 26 percent controlling stakes in PTCL. India has repeatedly hurdled global telecom companies, having operations in Pakistan at any scale, to operate in India. It is feared that Indian Home Ministry may further tighten the grip over the company. Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010
From the Blog Eddy Straight From The Heart: Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010 - The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show took place in New York on November 10th, but aired on November 30th. There were 34 models in the show, showing off the new line of lingerie, but only 21 of them received wings. The wings are specially made each year, by various designers. My favorite pair this year is the 25-pound plastic bubble wings worn in the finale by Chanel Iman . The poise of all the models and their walk on the ramp was admirable. The show was a visual treat and provided a mix of elegance, sexiness and class. The tiny models in skimpy outfits walked the ramp without a stutter even with heavy wings on their shoulders. Akon’s performance and the sizzling models can be seen in the video below: The highlights of the show are in the following video: If popular models like Adriana Lima , Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Donaldson walked the ramp in some of the best Victoria's Secret pieces, young models like Gracie Carvalho, Magdalena Frackowiak and Karolina Kurkova looked hot in itsy bitsy lingerie. The fashion show was held at the Lexington Armory in New York last week with star performance by Katy Perry. I hope you enjoyed the coverage and the media. Will keep you posted on any hotness that comes our way. Ciao. . Read Full Post
