Expensive Pricing Hurts PSL Playoff Ticket Sales as Thousands Remain Unsold

According to local media reports, close to 3,500 tickets for Lahore playoffs have remained unsold. There had already been criticism aimed towards PCB regarding high ticket pricing when it was revealed that PCB started charging 12 times more for some enclosures. Due to this particular reason, 3,500 out of a total of 27,000 seats will now remain empty. Local media source, reported: All tickets worth Rs. 1,000 and 2,000 were sold out within the first three days, but despite the passage of 20 days since they first went on sale, match tickets worth Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 6,000 remain unsold. In Memory of UC Berkeley's Pakistani-American Professor Saba Mahmood (1962-2018)

She was only 56 years old when her life was cut short by pancreatic cancer. She is survived by her husband Professor Charles Hirschkind and son Nameer Hirschkind. Born in Lahore, Pakistan in 1962, she came to the United States in 1981. She received her PhD in anthropology from Stanford University in 1998 and taught at the University of Chicago before coming to the University of California at Berkeley in 2004. Man Gets 6 Years in Jail and a Rs 1.7 Million Fine for Harassing a Woman Online
