Correction regarding: Speaking without knowing the meaning
From the Blog ashrafiya An individual came to meet *Sayyidi* *wa **sanadi* Mufti Mohammed Taqi Usmani (Allah protect & preserve him) and introduced himself as "My *Ism-e-Girami* is xyz". The Shaykh asked "What is the meaning of *Girami*?" The person remained quiet. Thereafter the Shaykh repeated "What is the meaning of *Girami*? If you don't know, just say I don't know. The person replied "I don't know." Thereafter the Shaykh asked those present "What is the meaning of *Girami*?" Someone replied "Honourable". The Shaykh said "Yes. This word *Girami* (honourable) should not be used for oneself. It is used for one's seniors."
