From the Blog cheflingtales Dr Nosheen Abbas's joined us for our usual informative session on Nutrition and Ramzan. The discussion was completely focused on how to maintain a simple yet nutritious diet and would help us enjoy Ramazan while staying healthy. Our first question was related to the working class. We asked Dr. Nosheen that the working class, in Ramzan have their sleeping patterns disturbed. How can food like paratha, egg add up to energy levels, and keeping all these factor in mind how to maintain energy levels kicking in Ramzan? She replied that the first thing which we need to know is that the low energy levels are particularly related to low water consumption.
