Post # 5 - Where I talk briefly about books vs. the internet
From the Blog beanbagtalesThe internet is like quicksand - it sucks you in slowly and before you know it, you're in so deep there is little chance of rescue. I just went through a bit of crazy browsing on Instagram and in the blink of an eye, literally, I had spent 40 mins going through completely random videos. Books are a bit like quicksand also. But of a good kind. In fact, the best books are those which suck you into their world and before you know it you're in so deep there is no chance of rescue. And if I happen to be reading such a good book, I don't want to be rescued! If you have to make a choice between a book and the internet, choose the book. [This pic was taken by hubby dear.
