It's easy to make, and is a great breakfast option, or a pick-me-up at any time of the day. The trick is use the bananas as the natural sweetener, and then add your favorite fruit of the season to it. This all-time classic always tastes delicious, without additives. Just blend the fresh or frozen strawberries with fresh bananas and milk. For an added layer of indulgence, you could also add a scoop of ice cream to the blend.
