Yummy butter puff pastry recipe !
From the Blog lubbyz *My sister in law is an amazing cook. I get alot of recipes and ideas from her. She recently taught me this delicious puff pastry recipe. It's so easy to make and is a perfect addition to a tea party.* *You will need two sheets of puff pastry. Let them thaw at room temp according to instructions on the box.* *Take out around 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies* *Fry them up with a bit of butter and black pepper until they are soft* *When the puff pastry is soft cut them into squares or whatever shape you want* *Fill them up with a scoop of the veggie mix and top off with a bit of cheese ! Fold over gently and squeeze the edges with your fingers to seal them off.* *Whisk one egg and brush a thin layer on top of the pastries.
