Mobilink Expands Largest Footprint of Biometric Verification System Across Pakistan
From the Blog telecomnewspk Mobilink has established the largest Biometric Verification System (BVS) for sale of SIMs at 480 locations in 243 cities across Pakistan. The expansion of implementation of the BVS is in line with the guidelines of the PTA to ensure transparency and accuracy in the sale of SIMs. In this process a total of 409 franchisees, 40 Customer Care Centers and 31 Business Connect Centers have been equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software to support the biometric verification process. *Biometric Verification System is installed in 480 sales locations in the country including 409 Mobilink franchisees.* Mobilink successfully installed the BVS system at more the 400 locations in Pakistan within the deadline of December 20,, 2013 set by the PTA.
