Champions Trophy: West Indies clinched low-scoring thriller against Pakistan

The Caribbean side hobbled in purist of modest 171-run target before romping home with more then eight overs to spare. Pakistani pace trio Mohammad Irfan, Junaid Khan and Wahab Riaz exploited lots of carry of the track, which was earlier forecasted to aid the batsmen. West Indies' chase began on a poor note as Johnson Charles (9) and Darren Bravo (4) perished off Irfan cheaply. The back-to-back dismissals jolted the 2004 champions of the event but Chris Gayle (39) and Marlon Samuels (30) soon overcame the damage with their sagacious batting. From the Blog pkhope *1. Please tell us briefly about yourself, as where you were born, grew up and studied.* I was born in a small town "Zafarwal" near District Sialkot. But now it is in District Narowal very near to boundary line between India and Pakistan. I opened my eyes in a military cantonment because my father was in army. Infact, my early life revolves around military cantonments and camps like Kharian Cantt, Murree Cantt and Mansor Camp. Then we went to Attock, Lahore, Sialkot, Rawalpindi Cantt and Okara Cantt. My schooling is also from different army schools in these cities. I came to Lahore in 2004 and got admission in Punjab University for BS (Hons) in Communication Studies.
