A new brigade of Bollywood Belles is all set to take on the Globe by storm and the Red Carpet at Cannes is a testament of that. This year, four Indian leading ladies graced the carpet on Day 1. Vidiya Balan joins the Cannes jury panel for the 66th Cannes Film Festival. She wore a Sabiyasachi number which was clearly one of the designer's less extravagant creations. Why she chose this particular number, we'll never know. Other judges include renowned names like Nicole Kidman and Steven Spielberg. For the supporters/workers of PML N it was something well deserved and we shall now be on the roads to success ( putting my doubts aside, I genuinely hope that it does happen, after all who doesn't want to live in a prosperous country). For the PTI supporters and workers it was a setback. To this the anti PTI group and the ones who laud themselves for not being satisfied with any political party in the country, laughed at the reactions of PTI supporters. Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf didn't win. True. But Imran Khan's party didn't lose either.
