From the Blog smacula As if often the case with many a thing, I am getting more and more used to this Windows Phone 8 operated device. Today I discovered one of the quirks of this phone which put a smile on my face. The messaging app is normally indicated by the following symbol: [image: image] However, this symbol changed to a :-O when I had more than 4 unread messages. Other online images also show it showing a simple '!' character in there as well. I am also impressed so far with the battery life. Since the phone is fairly simple in its running, or so it feels, it probably loads the device much less. I also learnt how to take screen shots on this device.
