From the Blog awaz-e-dost - چند برس پرانی بات ہے، ایک دن مجھے یونہی بیٹھے بیٹھے خیال آیا نام تو میرا شاکر ہے پر کام میرے ناشکروں والے ہیں۔ میں بات بات پر گلہ کرتا ہوں، شکوہ کرتا ہوں لیکن جو میرے پاس ہے اس پر شکر نہیں کرتا۔ پھر میرا دل کیا کہ میں شکر کیا کروں اور اصل میں شاکر ہو جاؤں۔ اور آہستہ آہستہ میں نے کوشش شروع کر دی کہ شکر کیا جائے۔ شکر کرنا بڑا اوکھا کام ہے۔ شکر ایسے نہیں کیا جا سکتا کہ آپ بھیتر شکوہ رکھیں اور منہ سے شکر کا کلمہ پڑھتے رہیں۔ بھلا پالنہار سے کیا پردہ، اسے تو سب پتا ہے، اندر باہر کی خبر ہے۔ ایسا شکر تو طوطے کے "میاں مٹھو چوری کھاؤ گے" جیسا نعرہ ہی ہوتا ہے جس کے مطلب کا طوطے کو خود پتا نہیں ہوتا۔ تو م .
