Timing of Salman Taseer's Murder ….

From the Blog A Housewife's Weblog: Timing of Salman Taseer's Murder …. - Conspiracy Theory This was another  blow of luck or mere coincidence for the PPP government that the timing of the Salman Taseer's murder suited them so well. Government was losing support one after another everyday, Maulanas went and then the MQM. Within hours of Nawaz Sharif's ultimatum a bigger story of the Governor's murder grabbed the attention of the media and the people. The News states " Firing the first "real" salvo at the increasingly beleaguered Prime Minister Gilani, the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif gave him 72 hours to give a categorical yes or no response to his stated charter of demands and another 45 days to deliver or face political liquidation. He also made it unequivocally clear that in the event of the government's failure to deliver, it would be the time to seek a "fresh mandate" from the people." Read more. ppp was saved by the "blood" once more. The carefully planned murder plot uses the wider terrorism and anti-islam sentiment for its motive. The murderer is a bearded man and says Taseer's remarks about the blasphemy law provoked him to kill him. I do not think issues ever provoked any Pakistani youth to any practical measures or even raise their voices for that matter. In this country where there is no electricity (at very high costs), no gas, no sugar, no water and no jobs too! Still everyone is dying a silent death! No one, no one raises a voice or goes to cut the power cables of the PM and CM houses….What I mean to say is I do not buy this story that a young man killed the Governor for the Prophet's love. Lets go to the Murder scene and see that Qadri along with 10 plus other men were guarding the Governor. When he shot for the first time the other guards should have fired at him or caught him but instead they stood and saw him take charge. Why? Coming back to the Nawaz Sharif's demands to the Government and the role of Media. No channel showed Nawaz's demands and kept on covering the same story from the showing the grave made and repeating the same clips over and over again. Whom were they helping? I am not denying the scale of the tragedy but uniform and unbiased coverage should be their first priority. Lets wait for three days of mourning to end and we will see of this "shaheed" will give PPP so much sympathy to bail them out of the recent crisis. Then I will also say " PPP ko khoon ki zarurat hai!!!!" If PPP has to complete its term in office then, whos next in line…… Technorati Tags: salman taseer murder , taseer killed .
