The poster is creating stir within medical communities. In the poster of Guzaarish, Aishwarya is holding a cigarette & that hasn't gone down well with the doctors. They believe that youth will follow her. Doctors are really upset for allowing the posters to be displayed on their buses. As a mark of protest, Doctors for You (a non profit organization) will be wearing black badges on the day of the release of Guzaarish. Guzaarish is getting lots & lots of attention.
